The new Mavic Ksyrium 30 Disc wheel is ideal for those approaching high-level racing. This new UST Road tubeless system offers a smoother ride and greater puncture resistance, while remaining light enough to allow for climbs and accelerations. By removing the air chamber, we have also removed friction, reducing rolling resistance, which means greater speed with less energy expenditure. The 30 mm deep rim optimizes aerodynamic performance and improves stability in the presence of crosswinds. The alloy wheel offers the benefits of our unrivaled experience in creating lightweight yet strong extrusions. What we do is carefully calibrate the thickness of the rim walls to reach the perfect balance between stiffness, strength and weight. The straight pull bladed spokes are connected to our high-end Infinity hubs: optimal spoke tension is guaranteed to maintain perfect stiffness and durability, with a single spoke length for both wheels. The Instant Drive 360 freewheel system with ratchet is quick to engage and ensures low friction.
